minutes

Children and adolescents also have guidelines to take note of. They can do physical activity for at

least an hour with moderate or vigorous-intensity every day. Moreover, activities like cycling, going

to the parks and also walking are encouraged among both groups.

Sticking to a healthy eating pattern for all ages

Foods with high nutrients are encouraged to maintain a healthy body. Whereas the foods listed

below are not encouraged to take:

 Highly processed foods

 Ready to eat foods

Sedentary behaviour must be limited

You should minimise the amount of time you spend watching TV, lying down, sitting for long hours

and anything that is screen-based for long hours.
