Let’s Get Into The Story Behind Relationship Games

At the beginning of most relationships, both partners play mind games. That may leave the partner wondering if it’s the right thing to do. People normally play these games when they are insecure, immature. Or when they just want to be manipulative in a relationship.

Games both parties play

Both men and women like playing hard to get either at the beginning or when the relationship is well established. Most people that enjoy playing these games because they do not want to appear as the weaker person in the relationship. The other reason why men and women love playing hard to get is that they want to prove to their significant other that they are valuable. These minds are healthy for relationships but only when it’s necessary.

When the insecure plays the secure

Although mind games can be used to spice up relationships, projecting is not a good thing. Projecting is when a partner imposes or accuses the other of doing what they themselves are guilty of. This game is usually played by people who think they are smart and wise. The accused partner will spend so much time defending themselves. Rather than paying close attention to the unfaithfulness of their partner. This move is not wise to take because if the faithful partner finds you will run the risk of breaking them.

Some partners enjoy sending mixed messages to their partner. Women are usually guilty of this. A woman may act interested on a particular day and they may ignore you the next day completely. It’s always funny how women act like they know what they want. But deep down they are fighting a battle with themselves. Mind games may strengthen relationships but it must not be an everyday thing.
