  3. Try A Compromise: Try to work out something that can work out for the both of you, that is if you want to do the task at the end of the day. But if you don’t simply suggest someone else who may be able to do it.
  4. It’s a Refusal Not A Rejection: Always bear in mind that just as someone has the right to ask you for something, you also have the right to say no as well.
  5. Don’t Feel Guilty: There is no crime associated with saying No. It is something that you can do if you want to, even if to your boss or it’s to your children.
