In the event that you and your significant other get into a fight, you must give each other time. That moment when you are angry and cannot look at your partner, take some time to cool down. By taking your time you are also giving your partner some time to calm down too. If you try to fix things right away you might cause more damage than good. It is always good to take a breather. Try to think about the good things you love about one another.

Whenever a person is frustrated  one must empty all the negative feelings of anger, distress, and fury. The reason why these cannot be contained is that they are not healthy for anyone because they can break a person. You not necessarily need to deposit them on your partner. It could be anyone who is good at listening and someone you can really trust. Once you empty the trash you will start feeling better and then go ahead and ask how your partner feels. All these processes are necessary because you get to build a strong foundation for a relationship that will be ready for a long term basis.
