One of the main reasons why you need to make sure that you get a good night sleep is so that you can recharge. Our bodies are not machines, they ware out and once they do, it is impossible to get anything done, that is why we need to sleep. You give your body time to recharge and as you do so, you wake up feeling energetic with enough stamina to carry out the tasks for the day.

This is because without sleeping at night, fine you will be able to carry on working as you were but that does nothing for mind. Your mind will be tired and most of the time when your mind is tired all the task that you after that are mediocre and you will find that it was better to just have a good night’s rest instead.

Without getting a good night’s rest, you can be very cranky and you can also collapse due to fatigue. You will be cranky because you will now be trying to use reserve energy in your body to carry out the tasks of the day. And collapse because as we mentioned earlier, you are no machine. And even if you were at some point even, they too can shut down after being used for long periods.

Therefore, as much you think that night hours are a great time to get your work done or to catch yup on some items that you couldn’t during the day, you need to make sure that you rest as well.
