This leads to wasted time.

Stress and pressure

Having to constantly reschedule something in your head causes a lot of pressure and stress. You constantly have to think and remind yourself about a certain task that you should have done but decided not to.

Having your mind constantly congested leads to headaches and stress. Therefore, doing things when you are supposed to help relieve pressure and keeps your mindless busy.
