My Day job vs. my passion

Not everyone will tell you that they love their job. And when you get a person who tells you that, it does not mean their job is their passion. There is a difference between a job and your passion. Your job can be just that and be something that you never dreamed of ever doing. The reason for doing this is because probably you earn more money doing that job. Or things are really tough and you need a job because your passion at times can’t pay your bills.

Do not be stuck on deciding between your job and your passion.

Writer’s experience

At one point in my life, I was caught in between following my passion and doing something that was not my forte. At that time I did not have a choice with my parents breathing fire down my throat I just had to find a job that was acceptable.

Well I really can’t say that it was disappointing. My job gave me a purpose, food and put a shelter over my head. Not only did I benefit from the material things. But it made me grow, and I believe that in everything that you do there is something that you will walk away with. Something that will benefit you.

I then used my job to my advantage. It became something that developed my passion. And besides, there are things that won’t hurt you but instead better you. And it is important for people to use that to their advantage.

Readers must note that always make sure that you will say that you have lived your life when you have done something you have always desired to do. Follow your passion no matter where it takes you. And for some musicians and celebrities, it has really paid out well for them. Do not live to regret, go do that thing you love with both hands.
