Plan Your Day The Previous Night

Many people have a habit of waking up and then having to think about what to put on that day. And this might take longer than anticipated. But then if you do this the night before that means the next morning you will save yourself about 30minutes.

Set An Alarm

Do not ever be the person who sets the alarm on snooze! This is a bad habit that you should stop. When the alarm rings the first time then wake up and start going about your plan. Say that you have to run, then already you would have picked out an out the attire for the run. And this will cut you a lot of time.

Make It Interesting

You have to make your exercise interesting. Everyone has their own way that makes them more productive. Although we would suggest that you use music to make your workout less boring. Listen to the music that you like the most and trust us when we say this, that making the most out of this exercise will make you want to have the same experience the same day.
