Try a Cold or Hot Bath

When you are feeling lazy and drained is because your muscles are tense. And you need to relax and the best way to treat your muscles is by taking a cold or hot bath. Depending on how you like your baths.

And taking a shower works like a two in one whilst it relieves pressure from the muscles, it also makes the mind wander. And the best time when you are creative is when you are taking a shower.
