EDM

EDM is a genre of electronic dance music that originated from the UK garage and acid house. The first song that introduced this style was “I Get Wet” by The Prodigy on 14 January 1993. Since then, it has gained millions of fans. This type is extremely popular among young people and adults because it provides a sense of freedom. EDM will make you feel like dancing alone with your friends. It can be played only by DJs. It is created with a specific beat which makes it different from other genres of music such as hip hop and rock. People are attracted to it because of its special beats and beats per minute.

Rock

Rock is one of the most popular styles of music. There are many forms of rock including hard rock, heavy metal, glam metal, punk rock, alternative rock, post-grunge, new wave, grunge, ska rock, reggae and blues. These are just a few examples of rock. Rock includes guitars, bass guitar, keyboards, drums, percussion instruments, vocals and lyrics. It came out between 1950 and 1960 and became very famous in the United States. Some artists who have made rock history are The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Queen, Aerosmith and Nirvana.

Jazz

Jazz is considered the earliest form of rock. It also contains African American rhythm and blues and Orleans jazz. Although there were some influences of classical  songs, its base is still called black American music. Jazz has become famous all over the world thanks to great performers such as Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington, Louis Armstrong, Billie Holiday, Dizzy Gillespie and Charlie Parker.
