However, as we go through the journey of life, we need to make sure that we are able to face those fears otherwise we will be stuck where we are and we will not be able to grow.   1. Take  a time out- when you feel scared, try to calm down
  2. Identify your fear- the next thing that you need to do is to identify your fear
  3. Breathe- Thereafter, you need to try breathing, literally take a deep n breath in and out, as this will help you to relax
  4. Be Human about it- Also when it comes to facing your fears, you need to be human about it. Understand that you will make mistakes and you not perfect.
  5. Stop Running- Then you will need to have the courage to stop running. Fears are part of us, as such, even if we run away from them, they will always find you.
  6. Self-Motivate yourself- Then you will need to give yourself a pep talk. If you are able to make it through the night, we promise there will be a brighter day.
  7. Talk About It- There is an English saying that goes, a problem shared is a problem half solved, therefore talk about what it is that is scaring you and you are halfway there to solving the fear.
  8. Write them down- Another way that you can deal with your fears is by writing them down. By so doing, you know what really it is that is bothering you.
  9. Take a walk- You can also try taking a walk as this will be able to calm you down.
  10. Mind your playlist- Lastly, be very selective of the music that you choose to listen to as this can greatly affect your mood.
